"Premier Resorts"
Setting the Standard

When a resort is listed as a “Premier Resort” it will be assurance of setting the new standard for a resort capable of accommodating Big Rigs.

All member resorts must have the following qualifications:

1. 50% of resort lots will accommodate rigs 35 feet and larger.
2. Will list the number of lots that will accommodate rigs 40 feet and larger.
3. All qualified lots will be at least 30 feet wide.
4. All qualified lots will be have either concrete or paved pads.
5. All qualified lots will have a patio.
6. All qualified lots will have water, sewer, electric and phone (ready for activation) hookup.
7. All qualified lots will have a minimum of 50 amp electric service
8. All qualified lots must be capable of accepting quad slide outs with no obstructions.
9. Modem friendly
   a. At least one central location where phone line is modem friendly
   b. We will prefer resort to also be Wi-Fi friendly in addition to the central location.
10. All roads approaching and within the resort must be paved.
11. Wide easy road accesses to resort and lots.
12. Well lighted streets at night.
13. Limited tree obstructions within resort and on site.
14. Parking space for Toy Boxes.
15. Will post satellite coordinates for Direct TV & Dish Network and or Zip Code at registration desk.
16. Will have GPS coordinates posted on “Big Rig Resorts.com” Resort page.
17. Enclosed laundry facilities.
18. Central restrooms and shower facilities.
